Pulau Bidadari terletak pada 106 derajat 44,8 Bujur Timur dan 6 Derajat 02,2 Lintang Selatan. Pulau ini terletak antara Pulau Onrust, Pulau Khayangan, Pulau Ayer dan Pulau Kelor.Pulau ini dapat ditempuh dari Pantai Marina Ancol dengan menggunakan speedboat dengan jarak tempuh lebih kurang 20 menit atau lebih kurang 14 Kilometer Pulau ini memiliki keunggulan yang dimana 60% dari pulau ini terdiri dari tanaman langka , seperti pohon Kepuh, pohon Perdamaian (Baringtonia exelsa), pohon kayu hitam (Diospyrosmaritama), pohon Sentigi (Pempis acidula), dan juga pantainya yang berpasir putih alami dan bersih.Serta adapula komunitas biawak (Veranus Salvator). Di pulau ini juga terdapat situs sejarah berupa benteng peninggalan Belanda pada tahun 1786.
